Lonnie Lischka Company in Bellville, Texas is looking for a full-time Asset Coordinator to maintain equipment records, fleet information, and maintenance data. You will collaborate with office staff, field crews, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date information and smooth operations.

You will log safety items, create and manage work orders, run reports, and organize inspections while staying compliant with registrations and permits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (extra admin or operations experience is a bonus)
• Some experience with fleet, equipment, or maintenance is helpful but not required
• A solid communicator who can work with office staff, field crews, and vendors to sort out any issues that pop up.
• Basic knowledge of registrations, permits, or maintenance records is a plus

Responsibilities

• Keep track of equipment records and parts lists so everything stays current
• Log safety items like toolbox talks and keep those records organized
• Create and manage work orders from start to finish
• Run reports to help the team make smart, fast decisions
• File maintenance records and update info in Equipment Management System
• Order parts, uniforms, safety gear, and whatever else the team needs
• Handle vehicle registrations, permits, and compliance paperwork so we are always operating by the book
• Help pull together TERP submissions and documentation
• Double-check tracking systems and GPS info to make sure everything lines up
• Review camera alerts and fleet activity for safety tracking
• Match invoices to jobs or equipment and enter costs correctly
• Collect and organize inspection forms and documents
• Update job locations and contact info in tracking tools
