Job summary

Wingstop seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and strong financial results. The GM will work with the District Manager to lead front- and back-of-house teams, maintain brand standards, and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, training, and schedule team members in partnership with the District Manager.
• Coach and counsel staff; manage performance and disciplinary actions.
• Communicate job expectations; monitor performance and enforce policies.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections; ensure sanitation and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cost controls.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Lead by example to foster teamwork and a positive culture.
