Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive retail leadership in a flagship environment.
• Proven track record of driving high-volume sales and overseeing multiple leadership levels.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management and sales team.
• Achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory control.
