Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead on Fifth Avenue to guide daily store operations and coach the sales team. You will drive sales, ensure premium customer experiences, and bring POP MART’s brand stories to life for every visitor.

As Leader on Duty when managers are away, you’ll oversee performance metrics, product recommendations, and event support while maintaining an engaging, inclusive store atmosphere. The role requires a passion for pop culture and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others while fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as the Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers by sharing the stories behind POP MART’s artists, characters, and exclusives.
• Foster an energetic, inclusive, and engaging environment for customers and team members alike.
• Promote key product categories, limited-edition releases, and exclusive collections through knowledgeable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and communicate needs to store leadership.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Process transactions, returns, exchanges, and other POS activities accurately.
• Support shipment processing, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
