Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. in New York City seeks an experienced District Manager to lead multiple POP MART retail locations in the NYC market. You will drive sales, operational excellence, and memorable customer experiences while representing POP MART’s brand.

You will coach Store Managers, manage payroll and budgets, recruit talent, and collaborate with Retail Operations, HR, and Marketing to execute openings, campaigns, and inventory initiatives across North America.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven success developing high-performing Store Managers and leadership teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing sales, payroll, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Ability to analyze business performance and drive results with data.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the New York market.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple retail stores to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Coach Store Managers to strengthen leadership and execution.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop retail talent.
• Monitor key metrics: sales, conversion, ATV, labor productivity.
• Oversee ROBO Shop operations and talent development.
• Partner with HR on talent and payroll planning.
• Collaborate on store openings, campaigns, launches, inventory.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards.
