Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager on Fifth Avenue to lead a dynamic team and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching Brand Associates, and managing daily operations while reinforcing POP MART’s premium brand standard on the sales floor.

You will mentor staff, oversee inventory and merchandising, and execute store initiatives, including product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the sales floor and set the standard for customer engagement.
• Partner with Store Manager to recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash management, safety, and compliance.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and task planning to support store goals.
• Drive sales performance by achieving KPIs like sales, conversion, UPT, and ATV.
• Support in-store events, product launches, and pop-up activations.
