Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to lead our service operations in Massachusetts. You will support and manage the Service Manager(s) and drive department performance to meet quality and efficiency goals.

The role emphasizes profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development across technicians, service advisors, parts associates, warranty staff, porters, and detailers. RV/service expertise is a plus, with strong communication and P&L skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume Service Center in RV, automotive, marine, or power sports is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; reads P&L reports.

Responsibilities

• Support and Manage the Service Manager(s) as part of the Fixed Operations team in the location.
• Ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction throughout the service department.
• Drive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, P&L management, and labor cost control.
• Build a high performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Associates, Warranty Administrators, Porters, and Detailers.
• Foster a culture that promotes employee development & retention, customer satisfaction, and philanthropy.
• Create and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors.
• Meet or exceed monthly budget projections.
• Maintain a safe and functional working environment.
