ManpowerGroup seeks an experienced Application Support Analyst to join the Rates and Credit trading platforms within a leading financial services organization. The role is hybrid in New York, NY, with three days onsite per week and a 12-month contract.

You will monitor critical production systems, manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and support releases to ensure high availability of trading, pricing, risk, and electronic execution workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Front Office application support with production stability.
• Experience supporting Rates and Credit Fixed Income products.
• Familiarity with electronic execution venues and market data platforms.
• Proficient in SQL and scripting; strong real-time troubleshooting.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned incidents, problems, and changes.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support for Fixed Income Rates and Credit platforms.
• Monitor production systems, market connectivity, pricing feeds, and electronic trading workflows.
• Coordinate incident resolution with development, infrastructure, vendors, and users.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions after production issues.
• Support release and change activities, including testing and deployment planning.
