ManpowerGroup, through its Experis brand, is seeking a Front Office Application Support for a Financial Services client in New York. The role covers production support for Fixed Income Rates and Credit trading platforms, incident management, and end-to-end operational responsibilities in a high-availability trading environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Front Office application support.
• Experience with Rates and Credit Fixed Income products.
• Familiarity with electronic execution venues and market data platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL and scripting, plus monitoring and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience applying ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and supporting audit activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Fixed Income Rates and Credit trading platforms.
• Monitor production systems, interfaces, market connectivity, pricing feeds, and electronic trading workflows.
• Manage and resolve production incidents by coordinating across teams and vendors.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions after production issues.
• Own end-to-end operational responsibilities including incident, problem, change, DR, and project delivery support.
