Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Application Support Analyst in New York, NY, Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) to support Rates and Credit trading platforms and ensure stable, responsive systems for trading activity.

You will own incident management, monitor critical production systems, coordinate across development, infrastructure, market data vendors and business users, perform root-cause analyses, and support releases and change planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Front Office application support, with a focus on production stability and operational excellence.
• Experience supporting Rates and Credit related Fixed Income products.
• Familiarity with electronic execution venues and market data platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL and scripting, plus monitoring and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues in real time.
• Experience with incident management and problem-solving, including ITIL-aligned processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Fixed Income Rates and Credit trading platforms, ensuring stability during trading activity.
• Monitor production systems, interfaces, market connectivity, pricing feeds, and electronic trading workflows for high availability.
• Coordinate across development, infrastructure, networking, market data vendors, and business users to resolve incidents.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support release and change activities including testing, deployment planning, and post-implementation validation.

As an Application Support Analyst, you will be part of the technology organization supporting the Rates and Credit trading platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong ownership, clear communication, and a proactive, analytical mindset—helping ensure reliable operation of critical trading, pricing, risk, P&L, and electronic execution systems.

Location:New York, NY. Hybrid (3days onsite per week)
Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension

Pay Range: $64/hr on w2
Looking only for W2 and candidates who are local to NY

What's the Job?
