ManpowerGroup seeks an experienced Application Support Analyst to join the Rates and Credit trading platforms within a leading financial services organization. The role is hybrid in New York, NY, with three days onsite per week and a 12-month contract.

You will monitor critical production systems, manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and support releases to ensure high availability of trading, pricing, risk, and electronic execution workflows.

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their team. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be part of the technology organization supporting the Rates and Credit trading platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong ownership, clear communication, and a proactive, analytical mindset—helping ensure reliable operation of critical trading, pricing, risk, P&L, and electronic execution systems.

What's the Job?

• Provide day-to-day support for Fixed Income Rates and Credit trading platforms, helping keep systems stable and responsive for trading activity.
• Monitor critical production systems, interfaces, market connectivity, pricing feeds, and electronic trading workflows to ensure high availability.
• Manage and resolve production incidents by coordinating across development, infrastructure, networking, market data vendors, and business users.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions after production issues, improving resilience and preventing repeat incidents.
• Support release and change activities, including testing, deployment planning, post-implementation validation, and production readiness for new releases.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in Front Office application support, with a strong focus on production stability and operational excellence.
• Experience supporting Rates and Credit related Fixed Income products.
• Familiarity with electronic execution venues and market data platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL and scripting, plus monitoring and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues in real time.
• Experience with incident management and problem-solving, including ITIL-aligned processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and strong stakeholder communication.
