Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an A+ customer experience. You will welcome customers, assist with appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup, reporting to the Store Manager.

Key duties include greeting customers, solving problems, using POS systems, and promoting alterations services while maintaining store standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats.
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and ensure appointments and pickups.
• Press garments and prepare items for pickup.
• Maintain store standards and alterations area.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap.
