Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, or online with friendly enthusiasm and solve problems.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and ensure items are ready for pickup.
• Press, steam, and prepare garments for delivery to customers.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and assist with appointments.

Education
