Job summary

The Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) at David’s Bridal is a frontline role focused on delivering an A+ customer experience in Alterations. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, assist with fittings, press garments, and ensure orders are ready for pickup.

You will work with the Alterations team to promote services, maintain store standards, and resolve customer issues while handling POS transactions and coordinating with the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm over phone, chat and in person.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star experience using all systems.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with appointments and pickups.
• Assist Alterations Manager to resolve customer issues.
• Press, steam and inspect garments before delivery.
• Build long-term relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist with inventory tasks and cash-wrap transactions.
