Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an A+ experience, welcome customers, manage appointments and coordinate alterations. The role emphasizes weekends and strong phone/in-person communication to resolve issues and build loyalty.

You'll promote alterations services, maintain store standards, and support the Alterations Manager for issue resolution. Experience with POS systems and sewing is helpful; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person, adapting style to suit customers and problem solving.
• Assist Alterations team by scheduling appointments, answering phones and ensuring items are ready for pickups.
• Press garments, steam and spot clean merchandise to maintain presentation standards.
• Provide five-star customer service and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options to customers.
