David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide an A+ customer experience, assist with alterations, and support appointments under the Store Manager. You will greet customers and coordinate between alterations and sales to ensure timely service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, pressing garments, using POS systems, and maintaining store standards to deliver a flawless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities
