Job summary

The Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) at David’s Bridal delivers a five-star customer experience by welcoming customers, answering phones, taking appointments, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.

Report to the Store Manager and support alterations services, maintain a clean, organized space, assist with inventory, and help customers select alterations to enhance their event attire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers via phone, chats or in person with enthusiasm and problem-solving.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows and complete operational checklists for each customer interaction.
• Escalate issues to Alterations Manager when unresolved.
