Empire Portfolio Group, an Orangetheory Fitness franchisee, is seeking a Sales Manager in Leesburg, VA to lead membership growth and guide new members on their fitness journeys.

You will drive lead generation, greet prospects with energy, conduct studio tours, and close memberships to support monthly revenue targets while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, conversion, and member generation.
• Greet studio visitors with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Give studio tours to prospective members.
• Sell memberships to help the studio meet monthly goals.
• Follow up with prospective members.
• Handle member concerns professionally and resolve them.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Work with the manager to hit monthly KPIs.
• Cross-train with Operations Manager for studio upkeep.
