Empire Portfolio Group, the owner of Orangetheory Fitness studios, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive membership growth in our Washington, DC studios. You will engage potential members, deliver compelling tours, and guide new clients through the sign-up process, while collaborating with the team to hit monthly KPIs.

Ideal candidates are energetic, goal-oriented, and persistent, with 1–2 years in fitness sales and a strong customer-service focus. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Mansioni

• Lead outreach and studio walk-ins with enthusiasm and knowledge.
