Empire Portfolio Group, owner of Orangetheory Fitness studios, is seeking a Sales Manager who can unlock the power of the Orangetheory workout for others. You will drive new member sign-ups, discuss goals, and guide people along their fitness journey with energy, persistence, and solution-oriented thinking.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for lead outreach, tours, and closing memberships while meeting monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, conversion and lead generation.
• Greet studio visitors with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Give studio tours to prospective members.
• Sell memberships to meet monthly targets and grow revenue.
• Follow up with prospective members to close deals.
• Handle member concerns professionally to resolve issues.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives.
• Work with the manager to hit monthly KPIs.
• Cross-train with Operations Manager for facility upkeep.
