Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Availability full-time with flexible weekday/weekend/holiday hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and address questions or concerns.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming sales and service experience to inspire next steps in fitness goals.
• Support onboarding to connect members with fitness offerings and resources.
