Job summary
24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to provide an outstanding sales and service experience to guests and members at the Walnut Creek club. You will promote memberships, fitness and retail products while building relationships that drive member acquisition and retention.
You will execute CARE sales, tour guests, enroll members and participate in the club’s commission plans to reward performance and profitability.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; CPR/AED certification within 60 days; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of service sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of fitness or retail industry helpful.
Responsibilities
- Execute CARE sales model with each guest and relate how products/services meet fitness needs.
- Tour potential members and register through the digital kiosk.
- Explain membership and fitness offers using provided tools.
- Enroll members using sales techniques and MAP procedures.
- On-board new members and drive retention to support club profitability.
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
