Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to deliver exceptional sales and service to guests and members. You will enroll members, present fitness and retail options, and drive revenue while strengthening member engagement and retention.

The role focuses on building relationships, onboarding new members, and achieving sales targets through a consultative approach across facilities. A strong team environment and customer-first mindset are required.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience with sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate POS System.
• Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute CARE sales model with each guest and explain how products/services meet fitness needs.
• Tour potential members, describe facility and services aligned to individual goals.
• Communicate offers clearly using company tools and enroll members using sales protocols.
• On-board new members and assist with retention activities to drive profitability.
• Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Generate leads through community outreach, on-site promotions, referrals and guest passes.
• Manage leads with a lead management system and daily planner.
