Job summary

Cherokee Town & Country Club is seeking a friendly Fitness Receptionist to warmly welcome members and guests to the Fitness Center. You will greet people, answer questions, assist with reservations, and direct calls to the appropriate department.

In this role you will help keep the Fitness areas clean and organized, check in guests, register visitors, and ensure policy compliance. The position offers a first-line service experience in a private club environment with morning shifts and the chance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Private club or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in person and over the phone.
• Assist with reservations, questions, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Escort guests around the club and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain Fitness facilities clean, stocked, and organized.
• Ensure compliance with club rules throughout the Fitness Center.
• Assist guests with check-ins, guest registrations, and fitness program scheduling.
• Update communication logs and relay messages between staff and members.
