Job summary

Invited Clubs in Roswell, GA is seeking a Front Desk Fitness Attendant to welcome members and guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and deliver friendly, responsive service that reflects our Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells.

You will assist with facility inquiries, promote programs and amenities, maintain cleanliness, and support daily operations with professionalism in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in fitness/hospitality.
• Ability to interact positively and professionally with members and guests.
• Experience maintaining cleanliness and organization in public/recreational facilities.
• Strong verbal communication skills with members and staff.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Ability to handle minor issues proactively and with a solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs and address members by name.
• Promote club activities, programs and amenities to members.
• Assist with towel and water service during member workouts as needed.
• Maintain club standards; keep areas tidy and well stocked.
• Follow safety guidelines and club policies at all times.
