Invited Clubs is seeking a Front Desk Fitness Attendant to create an exceptional first impression and seamlessly support members as they check in, engage in club activities, and use facilities. You will greet guests warmly, answer inquiries, and promote programs while maintaining a high standard of service.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, teamwork, and professional communication to contribute to a welcoming club experience for all members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in fitness/hospitality.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor is essential.
• Ability to interact positively with members and guests.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage check-ins/outs and direct calls to appropriate areas.
• Promote club activities and amenities to members.
• Provide towel and water service during workouts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front desk and entry areas.
• Attend daily briefings and support club operations as needed.
