Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Front Desk Fitness Attendant to welcome members and guests, manage check‑ins/outs, and promote club services with warmth and professionalism. You will assist with inquiries, coordinate with the fitness team, and help maintain a pristine front desk area within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to interact positively and professionally with members and guests.
• Experience maintaining cleanliness and organization in a public or recreational facility.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to assist members’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and check them in/out.
• Answer telephones promptly and direct calls appropriately.
• Promote club amenities, programs and events to members.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and sales area.
• Provide towel and water service and assist with inquiries as needed.
• Ensure daily tasks are completed to club standards and assist with routine duties.
