Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or closely related field, + 5 years of professional accounting experience with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Active CPA license in Washington State (or transferable) or on-track to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience analyzing financial data and preparing reports and projections.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic accounting support with GAAP compliance for Advancement Financial Services.
• Oversee financial systems such as Sage and Workday, ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise a student employee and a fiscal analyst, review deliverables for quality and accuracy.
