Job summary

TimberHP, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland or Pennsylvania. You will hunt for new business, build relationships with owners and contractors, and drive growth for a brand-new North American product.

Expect to build a personal territory and shape the market with deep product knowledge. You will lead workshops, train retailers and field teams, and execute a territory plan.

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality and proven sales success in building materials preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed and manage a territory.
• Experience with promotional activities and trade shows is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Hunt down and close new business; develop owners/developers, builders and contractors relationships.
• Drive profitable sales growth for TimberHP and customers.
• Create demand for a new product in North America and generate excitement.
• Build and execute a territory business plan for the location and surroundings.
• Run product knowledge workshops and customer trainings using TimberHP resources.
• Master pricing, shipping programs, rebates, and first-time user incentives.
