TimberHP seeks a Territory Sales Manager to lead growth in Philadelphia, VA, and NC markets. You will introduce the product, build demand, and convert interest into repeat business with builders, architects, and contractors.

As the local expert, you’ll own your territory, shape your book of business, and earn based on performance, with a strong commission structure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality with a proven ability to develop new territory.
• Strong time-management, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within or outside the territory, including overnight.

Responsibilities

• Hunting down and closing new business, building relationships with owners/developers, builders, remodelers, contractors, and architects.
• Driving profitable sales growth for customers and TimberHP.
• Creating demand from scratch for a new-to-market product.
