TimberHP, Inc. is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to cover Philadelphia, VA, or NC. You’ll hunt new business, build relationships with owners, developers, builders, and architects, and become the local expert on TimberHP wood fiber insulation.

You’ll create demand from scratch, run your own territory business plan, and leverage TimberHP marketing and technical resources. A strong hunter mentality and willingness to travel are essential; commission-based earning rounds out your

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality and proven cold outreach and closing skills.
• Strong time-management, organization and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel within or outside the territory, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Hunt down and close new business with owners/developers, builders, remodelers, GC’s, architects, and local trade associations.
• Drive profitable sales growth for customers and TimberHP.
• Create demand from scratch and generate excitement for TimberHP in North America.
• Build and execute a territory business plan for PA, VA, NC, or MA.
• Run product knowledge workshops and customer training.
• Be the local expert on TimberHP products and building envelope performance.
• Understand codes and show how TimberHP helps meet them.
• Master pricing, rebates, and shipping programs for distributors and retailers.
