Job summary

TimberHP, Inc. is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the Philadelphia, Virginia, and North Carolina markets. This hunter role works with a support team in technical services and business development to introduce TimberHP wood-fiber insulation to builders, architects, and contractors.

You’ll build relationships, close new business, and own your territory. Expect to create demand from scratch, train customers, and manage pricing, rebates, and incentives while meeting state/codes

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality with new territory and closing deals.
• Strong time-management, organization and follow-through.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter with problem-solving ability.
• Negotiation and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; knowledge of residential building practices a plus.
• Previous sales experience in building materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hunter and close new business with owners/developers, builders, architects and contractors.
• Drive profitable sales growth for TimberHP customers.
• Create demand from scratch and introduce a new product to North America.
• Build and execute a territory business plan.
• Run product knowledge workshops and training sessions.
• Stay sharp on building code requirements and market trends.
