TimberHP is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across PA, NC, VA, or MD. This hunter role requires building new relationships with owners, developers, builders, and contractors and turning curiosity into repeat business.

You'll lead demand generation for TimberHP's wood fiber insulation, develop your own territory business plan, and deliver product knowledge workshops using our marketing and technical resources. Base pay plus commission rewards top performers.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; knowledge of residential building practices a plus.

• Drive profitable sales growth for customers and TimberHP.
• Create demand from scratch for a product new to North America.
• Build and execute a territory business plan for your area.
• Run product knowledge workshops and sales calls using TimberHP resources.
• Become the local expert on TimberHP products and building trends.
• Stay sharp on code requirements and show how TimberHP helps meet them.
• Master pricing, shipping programs, distributor models, rebates, and incentives.
