Job summary

Team8 is seeking its first Solution Engineer to bridge technology and customer needs in a growing cybersecurity startup based in New York City. The role focuses on partnering with enterprise customers through the technical sales cycle, translating complex challenges into actionable technical solutions, and delivering compelling demos and workshops.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior IT leaders, collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape the platform, and help scale repeatable

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Solution Engineer in Networking and/or Cybersecurity.
• Hands-on with Firewalls, VPNs, Proxies, IAM (SSO/MFA), ZTNA and cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, GCP ).
• Strong understanding of SASE, SSE and Zero Trust architectures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers through the technical sales cycle.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate customer challenges into technical solutions.
• Present to CISOs, CIOs, Security Architects and Network teams.
