Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement at our Rancho Cucamonga site. The role emphasizes Lean practices, Six Sigma methodologies, and collaborative problem solving with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years in operations or maintenance roles, blow mold industry experience, and a bachelor’s in engineering or operations management preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Lean Manufacturing experience and problem-solving skills.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus.
• Strong mechanical equipment understanding and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in safety and quality management programs.
• Maintains Lean practices and problem-solving using Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D analyses.
• Prepares and reviews production, safety, and quality reports; develops corrective action plans.
• Implements cost, quality, and production improvements; directs development activities.
• Leads with team input to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
• Monitors KPIs to ensure goals are met and coordinates with Planning/Operations on schedules.
• Ensures maintenance planning and preventive maintenance programs are followed.
• Trains employees across safety, quality, and production responsibilities.
