Job summary

Responsibilities include Lean manufacturing practices, Six Sigma, problem analysis, preventive maintenance, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required; Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in operations, maintenance, engineering or process improvement with team leadership.
• Lean environment experience; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mechanical equipment and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and uphold safety and quality programs.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA, and 8D problem analysis.
• Prepare and review production, safety and quality reports; develop action plans.
• Drive cost reduction, quality assurance and production improvements.
• Coordinate with planning to align schedules and cover vacancies.
• Engage with customers and suppliers; oversee preventive maintenance.
