Qualifications

• 7–10 years in operations, maintenance, engineering, and/or process improvement with team leadership.
• Experience in a Lean environment.
• Injection molding experience required.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification a plus.
• Strong understanding of mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in safety and quality programs.
• Loosely follows Lean practices and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Prepares and reviews production, safety, and quality reports; develops action plans.
• Implements improvements for cost reduction, quality assurance and production.
• Directs developmental or experimental activities.
• Collaborates with team to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
• Monitors KPIs to ensure alignment with departmental goals.
• Coordinates with Planning/Operations on schedules and coverage.
