Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Lean environment experience and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
• Coordinate production activities with other departments to meet goals cost-effectively.
• Monitor shift performance and KPI data; manage payroll hours.
• Lead start-up meetings and promote 5S and lean practices.
• Direct maintenance for troubleshooting and preventative actions.
