Job summary

Mauser-Packaging-Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations/Engineering leader to drive lean initiatives and process improvements at our Conroe, TX site. You will lead cross-functional teams in safety, quality, and production, while implementing cost-reduction and preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering or operations management (master’s preferred), 7–10 years in related roles, and hands-on lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, and problem-solving expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations management; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7–10 years in operations, maintenance, engineering or process improvement with team leadership.
• Experience in a Lean environment.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus.
• Injection molding experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in the site’s safety and quality management programs.
• Practices Lean Manufacturing to include Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D Problem Analysis.
• Prepares and reviews production, safety and quality reports; develops action plans for problem resolution.
• Implements improvements for cost reduction, quality assurance and production.
• Directs and assists with developmental or experimental activities.
• Reviews KPIs to ensure the facility meets departmental objectives.
• Interfaces with planning and operations to discuss production schedules and coverage during vacations.
