Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions in Pennsylvania is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost control.

You will drive Lean initiatives, manage P&L, set strategic plans, and lead a team to meet production goals while delivering strong financial results.

Experience in plastic injection molding and metal processing, plus ISO compliance, TPS familiarity, and a Lean mindset, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations or Business Management preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or process improvement.
• Experience in Lean environments.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification a plus.
• Experience with plastic injection molding and metal processing preferred.
• Experience with ISO quality standards and operating systems (e.g., TPS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest quality products at efficient costs within budget.
• Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Manage profit and loss and review KPIs daily, weekly, monthly.
• Oversee safety, quality, scheduling, production, shipping and maintenance.
• Conduct talent reviews and develop staff; deliver performance feedback.
• Interface with customers and suppliers; build community relations.
