Qualifikationen

• Must have leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably poultry.
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping, policy adherence, and safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; multilingual skills are a plus.

• Supervise production line and department personnel to meet schedules and budgets.
• Deploy and rotate staff to optimize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Ensure accurate daily reporting of attendance, yields, and productivity.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate with QA for safety and USDA compliance.
• Coach and mentor employees; administer performance plans and disciplinary actions.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure PPE usage; promote zero-accident culture.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet location goals.
