Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing; poultry environment preferred.
• Experience leading teams and scheduling.
• Knowledge of HACCP, USDA/OSHA guidelines.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production line and personnel to meet schedules and budgets.
• Rotate staff to maximize efficiency and ergonomics.
