Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Poultry Processing Supervisor in Texas to lead production line staff, enforce HACCP, SSOPs and USDA/OSHA standards while meeting productivity and customer specs.

You will deploy personnel, monitor reports, drive process improvements, coach employees, and collaborate with QA to maintain a safe, sanitary operation on site.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and the ability to work nights or weekends as production dictates.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing; poultry environment preferred.
• Experience leading teams and scheduling.
• Knowledge of HACCP, USDA/OSHA guidelines.
• Excellent communication in English.
