Wayne Farms LLC in Bryan, TX seeks a Poultry Processing Supervisor to lead production line personnel, ensure compliance with HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs, USDA and OSHA standards, and drive productivity while meeting customer specifications.

The role requires experience in manufacturing or poultry, strong leadership and communication, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum one year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Three years of experience in food manufacturing or poultry preferred.
• Must communicate in English, written and spoken; multilingual helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise production line/department personnel and ensure procedures follow HACCP/SSOPs/GMPs and regulatory requirements.
• Deploy and rotate staff to meet production schedules and improve efficiency.
• Ensure daily reports (attendance, yields, etc.) are completed accurately.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and reduce repeat deficiencies.
• Lead process improvements, monitor metrics, and respond to trends.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to maintain a safe, sanitary environment per USDA specs.
• Mentor, coach, and train employees; administer performance actions as needed.
• Enforce safety initiatives and PPE usage to maintain a zero-accident culture.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet site goals; learn unions if applicable.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
