Wayne Farms is seeking a Superintendent, Poultry Processing - Retail Further Processing to lead daily operations in our Bryan, TX facility. You will oversee cooking, marinating, portioning, and packaging for retail products, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will manage production schedules, optimize labor and materials, maintain equipment uptime, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to USDA/FDA, HACCP and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
• HACCP, OSHA, and Food Safety certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in poultry processing or food manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Oversee poultry further processing operations for retail distribution.
• Manage production schedules to meet demand and optimize resources.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and maximize uptime.
• Drive lean manufacturing and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, HACCP, GMP and safety guidelines.
