• Ensure daily reports are completed (yields, staffing).
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Lead process improvements and monitor metrics.
• Partner with QA to maintain USDA-compliant sanitary environment.
• Mentor and train employees; administer performance actions.
• Adhere to safety initiatives and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet goals.
• Learn and follow Union contract if applicable.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
