Qualifications

• Up to 18 months of post high school education in engineering or electronics.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration, pneumatic, boiler systems.
• Supervisory concepts and techniques; project management; OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 10 to 20 maintenance staff to expedite work orders and production breakdowns.
• Schedules and monitors maintenance of production machinery and spare parts to meet schedule.
• Designs or layouts in-house projects to boost productivity and reduce downtime.
• Monitors budget to keep maintenance costs within plan.
• Communicates maintenance standards to staff and other employees.
• Performs other related duties as necessary.
