Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd partners with a leading RTE protein manufacturer to hire an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a high-volume plant’s maintenance team, drive equipment reliability, and minimize downtime while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, FSQA and Sanitation, manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs, supervise technicians, and oversee spare parts and CMMS records to improve plant performance.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in maintenance within high-volume manufacturing.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities.
Experience leading and developing maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the maintenance team, providing direction during daily operations.
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate rapid restoration with Production.
Monitor maintenance KPIs such as PM compliance, downtime, MTBF, MTTR and costs.
Identify recurring failures and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Provide technical support across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automated systems.
Ensure maintenance activities meet safety and company procedures.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, FSQA and Sanitation to improve plant performance.
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and capital projects.
Manage maintenance parts, tools and critical spare inventory and CMMS records.
Train and develop technicians, assist with recruitment and succession planning.
