Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize maintenance across the site. You will oversee technicians, manage equipment reliability, and partner with Operations to implement operator-driven reliability and autonomous maintenance strategies.

The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background, multiple years of supervisory maintenance experience, and strong knowledge of GMP and control systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 7–10 years in maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of GMP, PL/PLC programs.
• Ability to read diagrams/blueprints.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily maintenance activities.
• Monitor production machinery and spare parts inventory.
• Direct preventive maintenance and equipment rebuilds.
• Design control systems to boost productivity.
• Supervise maintenance staff and develop their skills.
