Job summary

Golden State Foods seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities, manage a team of technicians, and ensure safe, reliable operation of equipment and facilities. You will drive uptime, oversee PM programs, and improve processes to meet production goals.

The role requires 3–6 years of maintenance experience with supervision, strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

Up to 18 months of post-high school education in engineering, electronics, or a related technical field.
3–6 years of maintenance experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience reading blueprints/diagrams and working with production equipment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance for production machinery and support equipment.
Lead a maintenance team of 10–20 employees and mentor staff.
Ensure all work complies with OSHA, USDA, and internal standards.
Track maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
