Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd partners with a leading ready-to-eat protein manufacturer to recruit an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a high-volume food facility. This first-shift leadership role oversees maintenance personnel, drives equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and ensures safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance leadership in food manufacturing
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with OSHA, GMP, USDA standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team on 1st Shift, ensuring coverage and response to production needs
• Coordinate preventative and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
• Provide hands-on leadership and technical support to maintenance technicians across production and facility equipment
• Monitor maintenance KPIs including downtime, PM compliance, MTBF, MTTR and maintenance costs
• Ensure maintenance work complies with OSHA, USDA, GMP and company standards
